1. Do you deliver Worldwide?
Ans. No, for now we deliver products in India only.
2. What is estimated delivery time?
Ans. Order dispatch usually takes just 1-2 days. Shipping may takes one week but may take longer, depending upon your location. Customers usually receive their orders within 2 or 3 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Ans. You can cancel your order if its not dispatched yet or within 24 hours whichever is earlier. An order can not be cancelled once its dispatched and out for delivery.
4. How can I get a refund or replacement?
Ans. If you are not satisfied with received product or received product is damaged then you can either request for a refund or replacement of product within 24 hours of receiving. In case of refund, once we will get back product from you, money will get refunded to your account within 7 working days.

Ans. We deliver fishes in Tricity only ie Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula.

Ans. You can Pay online via credit card, debit card, net banking. Cash on delivery is only available in Tricity ie Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula.
